For me, I start my day by checking in, praying, sensing, am I going in the right direction, is this the way, what do I need to do today, to change, to adjust? Feeling that connection is the only way that I have found to navigate through the hurly-burly, to not get lost, indeed to feel that this rolling crazy swirl is actually moving in a direction that feels right.
